Do I need to travel to Florence for this experience?While visiting our atelier in Florence offers a truly immersive experience, we also provide a luxurious remote option. This allows you to enjoy a personalized and interactive experience from anywhere in the world. We ensure the same high level of personalization and quality as our in-person experience.

What’s the best way to get to the atelier?Florence is accessible by train, plane, and car. If you're flying, Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport is the closest, about 20 minutes from the city center by taxi. Florence’s central train station, Santa Maria Novella, is also nearby. Once in the city, taxis and public transportation are convenient ways to reach the atelier.

How is the final piece delivered to me?For in-person participants, you can choose to pick up your finished piece or have it shipped to you. For remote participants, your custom piece will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to your location.
